We provide you with real support mails (partially anonymized) received by FDFA/EDA’s internal IT Helpdesk and the corresponding incident ticket fields IT-Service and How-To Manuals recorded by an FDFA/EDA employee. This data is the basis for your ML model(s).

The Data is split up into Test/Train batches.

You need to submit a NDA before we will hand out the data set. Instuctions will be given via E-Mail and in our Slack Workspace.
